Pork Noodle (猪肉粉)

A bowl of pork noodle (猪肉粉) is a favorite of many Chinese. It almost can find in any hawker center. In simple terms, it can be divided into two type, one plus a variety of pork and organ, such as liver, intestines and kidney, the most common; Another it can boil with water or dry finishing, which put a pork sausage and pork balls.
